Digital products are delivered electronically. Depending on the product, the code may be displayed on the result page, available through Order Status or sent by another supported delivery method.
Processing time
Some products may be delivered automatically after payment. Other products may require additional processing or verification.
Order status
Customers can check their order using order ID and email address on the Order Status page.
Activation
Activation rules depend on the product brand, platform, region and account country. Customers should follow the activation instructions for the selected product.
